Strange Brew
When Cream song came on "STRANGE BREW...look what's inside of you" I had this ephiphany like, "Yeah!Look what's inside of ME!" I had this vibrator toy thing that you put lollipops in and it would spin the lollipop. Well I had that thing in my hand and to push the button on it was to send these amazingly exhilarating vibes through my hand into my wrist into my a! rm and so on. I have never found humming and vibrating and subsonic frequencies so satisfying. I called this thing my 'shroomer' because it seemed like I could concentrate the trip energy into this vibrator thing into whatever direction I pointed it and shoot a beam of shroom trip!!! I sat and watched the creek flow as the mist flew up into my face and I could smell all the moss and silt in there, making me feel like I was in Ireland or something.
I felt as though alien entities were aware of my tripping and getting a kick out of it(not that I thought they were coming to get me). I felt like all human-created 'gods' weere smiling upon me. My friend Lisa, who was pregnant at the time said her baby seemed to kick a little more than usual. I wondered if he too could sense my tripping! I remember being slightly weirded-out about the thought of a small human in her abdominal cavity.
Later, in the car driving back after about 2.5 hours of triptime, I put on the local classical music station and they were playing Hildegard Von Bingen who was this woman chorale(chanting/choir)composer from the Medieval period of time which was ironic and synchronistic to the Robin Hood motif...In the song that was playing I closed my eyes and saw angels flying up in circular patterns around the top area of what appeared to be a huge cathedral. I felt like I was being welcomed into heaven(I'm not even Christian). Just then, the d-j came on at the end of the song and was explaining the meaning of the lyrics(which were in LATIN). The song was about a soul coming clean and being purified by the "holy spirit" and welcomed into the heavenly realm. I once again had this epiphany because here it is being so ironic and appropriate to my trip. I felt cleansed in the truest sense of the word.
