WORST TRIP EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to trip on magic mushroom for my third time 5 days ago. My friend and I had planned on taking them and were really excited. We decided to take them at her house and didn't have much of a plan of what to do.
We each ate a little more than a half eigth. My trip started off so good, i was really calm and relaxed, in control and enjoying my experience. And then all of a sudden out of nowhere, my trip went horrible!
I seriously felt like I was mentally insane and wanted to kill myself so it would be over. Physically, I was sweating uncontrollably, I had the air conditioning on in 0 degree weather. I didn't know what to do. Next thing I knew I came to to the sound of my friend screaming my name. I thought I had fainted, but what had really happened is I was gasping for air, stopped breathing,my body went completely stiff and my eyes were open (my friend told me all this later). My friend paniced call 911 and the police and ambulance came and took me to the hospital.
My friend is extremely traumatized because she thought I died. I have the worst anxiety ever, and I was wondering if any one maybe had an idea on what might of happened to me because the doctors didnt care to find out and I'm really having a hard time with this.
