trip not ending?

i consumed only 1.3 grams of psilocybe mushrooms and had great visuals the only problem is they never have fully stopped. I went to sleep after about 4-5 hours of visuals. I awoke 4-5 hours later with visuals. not intense visuals but there was a lot of shifting and movement in objects, not in direct vision but to the outer parts of what i was looking at. It has been 3 days today since the night we ate the mushrooms. My two other friends reported seeing some slightly similar things to the night before the day after as well. But i awoke this morning with the same shifting in objects and i am a bit worried becuase i wasnt aware that mushrooms can cause a perma-trip. Can they?
