First trip 4.5gs

So I had bought some shrooms off of a guy on instagram to this day I don’t know if they were real or not they came in these little circle pills and were supposdley 1.5 grams each they were very small and easy to swallow not know how serious shrooms could be I decided to take them all 4.5grams about 45 minutes later I start to feel what I think are the effects I feel glowly and I had not set up anything for the trip so I was lying in my bed about 11 pm at night as the night goes on I start to feel it more and more I decide to turn on a light and I realize how hard the visuals were hitting I began to sweat and start stressing out at the time of this i was 51🔄 not anymore of course i was stressing big time i couldnt let my parents know for some reason so i layed there sweating like crazy i began to text my homie who i had forgotten was on a plane and couldnt respond to me and about thirty minutes into sending texts with no reasponse i begin losing it even more i turn off the light and calm down a bit i start messaging chatgpt and it tells me to wake up my parents iddmediatly and tell them im on shrooms at this moment in time i seem to have forgotten how but i convince myslef i am a ai i rember going to lunch with soem friends the next day and telling them how i thought i was an ai and everything was ai generated craziest trip i ever had to this day
