Please help possible contamination(close up pics)

1st Post hello Iam new to this(1st grow) and the site but have done a lot of research over the past month before i even started but  i have a problem i inoculated around 24 jars half of them are 1/2 pints and others are tiny 1/4 pints i have 5 dif types going all from sponsored vender but the ones in question are my pink buffalo they where inoculated 3 days ago and have this greenish blue looking places one is kinda big others are tiny but here are some pictures if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated
