3rd times a charm

i have tripped 2 times before last night, my first time i had about a level 1 trip with very little visuals but a great body high, and my second time i didnt feel anything and i was very disappointed. so after a few months i finally got a hold of some from a good friend.

I put my eigth of mushrooms into a blender to grind them up and split them up into 2 tea bags. At about 10:00 at night i made my tea. One of my friends was staying the night to trip with me but he was having second thoughts about eating because he has never done it before. I drank my tea while he smoked some pot. I told him that he probly shouldnt do it if he was having second thoughts. Near 10:30 i was having alternating bouts of nausia and laughing. I was a little dissapointed with my trip so far at 11 so i smoked and started to feel it quite a bit. I told my friend what an awesome time i was having and he decided to have his half eigth. I sat on my computer and listened to music while tripping out to the Winamp visualizer. Then, i sat down with my friend and he told me that he finished his. I was laying in my bed enjoying my trip when my friend told me he didnt like what was happening. He asked, "Is this bad?" and told me he wanted to throw up so i went to get a bag for him to throw up in. I came back and gave him his bag and layed down on my bed again. I tried to watch TV while he was throwing up next to me, although i was starting to have a feel bad. I told him to lay down and try to fall asleep and he did after about a half hour. I felt better that he was asleep now and closed my eyes for the most intense visuals that i have had so far. When i closed my eyes, the light from the TV turned into a glowing white ball and started moving around my vision, the ball imploded into a bunch of shapes that were flying around andeverything and it kept changing shapes although i felt like i could control and predict what was about to happen. The coolest vision i had was of a light blue square that grew into an old tree that was glowing like the mushrooms at the home page of this site. The tree was hit by lightning and molten rainbow drops flew everywhere and collected into a multi-colored river that flowed from the base of the tree. At around 3 or 4 in the morning i finally fell asleep and woke up feeling spectatular. I asked my friend how he was feeling and he told me that he felt there was a lot of pressure on him last night and his vision was changing colors rapidly. He said that while i was watching TV, the voices would change and sound bad and he had vivid images of terrible things when he closed his eyes.

After everything that happened my friend decided that he wouldnt do them again for a very long time, if ever again. I enjoyed myself and will definatley do them again with a higher dosage.
