3.5g of mushrooms

The experiences was very different than the last time i did mushrooms. I did 1.5 more grams this time, and the trip was more than doubled in intensity. My friend sold my some mushrooms for 5 a gram and through in an extra .5 for free. I decided that I would expierment with mushrooms this time and turn it into pure psilocybin powder. I took the mushrooms and ground them up in a coffee grinder, then i got a bowl and poured 2.5 cups of anhydrous Methanol(purchased at lowes hardware). I let the mixture sit for 24 hours, until the mushrooms were dissolved and then used a coffee filter to strain it, it was then a sandy colored power. I scraped up the powder and put it all into a capsule and took it.

About 1 hour and 20 minutes after i took it, i started to feel it coming on. At first every thing just seemed light, and at the time I was playing xbox until I had to quit the game because I could not stop laughing. So I turned something on the TV. It was the movie the Iron giant, although, again it was hard to focus on the movie because every thing was just making me laugh, even when it was not supposed to be funny. After about 1 hour of that, the visuals started to kick in. And oh my were they different then last time. The last time, my visuals everything just seemed to make everything out of proportion and a little bit more colorful. However this time, things started to bend and multiply at times. I have a ceiling fan in my room and it started to bend a move. At one point during the trip, it touched the ground. about 3 hours in I hit my peak and everything was moving around, I had turned the tv off at this point, although i never was really watching it. I then turned on my 2 48" black lights, to illuminate all my black light posters and uv reactive toys in my room. Thats when everything started to get pretty intense. The carpet started to grow, almost like grass, but still keeping its color and texture. the ceiling started to move, almost like a wave. The opitcal illusion posters I have on my wall, because to swirl and looked like a portal from a video game or something. Then the window started to shake and the desk in my room, and I started tripping hardcore. I had to call a friend, to see what was going on. Turns out THERE WAS ACTUALLY AN EARTHQUAKE. I live in Kansas, and apparently there was a 5.3 magnitude earthquake in Oklahoma! Although I didn't start to freak out, my friend on the phone was trying to calm me down, but I wasn't too worried, rather then surprised. My cat woke up when it happened and all I could focus on was her. The fur on her was so visually appealing. She meowed, and it was very distorted, yet her purring was loud as can be. After that my head started to hurt, and I laid down and took some alieve. Although I could not go to sleep, so I called my friend and we talked for a while. After we were done talking the effects had worn off, and I went to sleep. I don't know if this is related, but my dreams were very strange while I slept, more strange than usual. Over all my trip was very nice and I plan to do it again soon.
