My two friends (C & T) and I had been curious about mushrooms for a while and we finally got a hold of them in early July. We were excited and completely clueless about what to expect. After doing some research we planned a trip to the state park in a secluded area. It was a beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. We each ate 2g and washed it down with some juice around 11 am. While we were waiting to come up we put on a day tripping playlist and sat in the grass. I was the first to feel the effects. I started to feel very stoned, silly, and light weight. I walked around for a bit and found myself imitating the trees, i wiggled my arms around as i noticed the trees were bobbing to the music. I started hysterically laughing with C at how stupid i must have looked. Everything became defined and it felt as though every living thing turned to stare at me. Each individual leaf was breathing. It was almost like they were observing me as i entered into their world. Nature was welcoming and it wanted to play with me. When C and T entered their trip as well we decided to explore a little. We moved from the sunny grassy area to the pathway under the trees. We were surrounded by nature and it was wonderful. The body high was incredible and i felt as though i could do anything. When starring at the bark on the trees it would melt and amazing shades of color would spiral around them. Crazy patterns scaled up and down the trunks while a glowing lime green radiated from the foliage. Everything moved subtly and i noticed the mud crawling back and forth. The moss on the ground turned a bright turquoise and many plants appeared much bigger than they actually were. A carving of TK on one of the trees began re-carving itself, it was magical and very cool to watch. I felt a sense of connection with all living things and a deep appreciation for my two close friends who were experiencing this with me. Everything tasted and sounded better. I had no worries. I peaked for about 2 to 3 hours and then the effects started to wear off but i was left in a great mood for the rest of the day. I will always remember that day it was one of the best of my life.
