He actually gets his first rating BEFORE his first post, he made a good decision to PM the person he saw fit to help him with what he needed to know, after of course using the search function nicely and reading up on some new school methods.
He is not a n00b to this hobby, he just uses old school methods, has over 20 years experience, and needs a change.
Help him however is best in your opinion, He is ok in my book.
