Anyway, if you hope to find what the world is all about in books, you won't find much. If you want to find out what the world is about, I would imagine you'll not ever find it. If you, however, want to find the world... it is right in front of your face... and it is your face."

It seems to me that all you did here was use an argument you saw another shroomerite use and edit it with your own ideas until it contained so little reason that even my 6 year old cousin was able to come up with a undeniable argument against it. Thinking as she said, is what you do so that you don't sound stupid. Thus you obviously don't think. Case closed.

Actually, you didn't present any arguments--you merely presented the opinion of your professor, and you couldn't even present his arguments.

That's not how philosophy works. When you make a claim, you should be able to substantiate why it is valid. You can't simply make a plea to authority (i.e., "My priest said so...," "My mother said so...," "My teacher said so...," "My congressman said so..."). Did you actually present a philosophical argument? No.
