Have not received the package because of problems encountered during shipping.
I am giving 2 stars, because he seems to have a legitimate excuse for the package not arriving, and he has been in contact with me even after the interception of the package.
I will change this to 5 stars should we ever reach an agreement about what should be done from this point forth.
In the mean time, I still think he is a good member and a good guy. I do believe once all this settles down, he will come through and make things up.
