i had hung out n talked to snoot tons in irc. always considered him a friend. i extended him an AMAZING deal on a lb of quality product and sent first. I've patiently waited for over a month for payment. the more I'm around on irc the less he seems to be.
i hate that i have to leave this bad rating, but if the the menial 35$ isn't received this rating will stay.
