Bad Trader Don't Replies The Messages And Bad Communication During Trade Process

As we talked as I am international trader I agreed to sent first my part to him. After her received my part and add me good trade rating he said he will sent my part. After I month passed I said I did not receive my part. He said nothing even replied to me. Then after 2 weeks he replied to me that the post that he claimed to sent is returned back to him. I want a proof so I want to look photos of the envelope that he sent. He could not provide it. I sent him a message that i will want him to send again this time with a photo that will proof he will sent to my adress. He even don't replied to me. A week later I sent him another message and he did not replied to me. Then again a week later in third message if he will not replied to me I will leave a bad trade rating. He did not replied to me. I definately will not trade with him again also I advice others not to trade with this bad trader. He does not respect you and after taking his part he even don't replies you.

I did send this, but customs opened the package and sent the envelope of goodies back to me. I should have took a picture with custom's package tape and "return to sender" stamp, but didn't. That was my fault. Once it came back I read a little more on Turkey's Law and found out that I could be indited to their laws for sending spore prints. Sorry man, didn't mean for all this to happen.

Man, I was a first time trader with this guy and I think he sent before I did, even though I tried to send before him. Great guy and stuff, would love to trade again.
