Gumpy, has no logic and in fact when reading what he types one will get the impression that hes quite ignorant. He thinks he knows allot about law but only knows what hes been told. We can tell because he has no idea about common law from which Statutory law comes from. When chatting with Gumpy he will give you reasons for his dislikes but they are only statements. Statements that sound like they came off of TV or from some bureaucrat. You can always tell when Gumpy feels stupid about what he says because he hides behind insults. If one want to know about information skip Gumpy and go to the source. Gumpy only knows what hes been told. If one wishes to know about Gumpy one only has to start up a debate with him and listen to his reasoning. For someone who claims to know allot about law he has no sources and only guesses from how he has lived his slave life. I gave Gumpy a 0 because I think it reflects who he is best, a 0. Check out one of his threads. The lateist ...Hes walking down the street and sees human poop and calls the cop to come and investigate it. When the cops laugh at him and try to explain to him he get all stifled. I can see Gumpy calling the police about someone who walked across the street before the light turned green because he would stay and wait and he knows the law.
