If it were me I'd find someone who has similar interests as I and would also like to travel/possibly live in the places you've mentioned. Anyone who wants to stay in the same town close to home their entire lives never branching out is kind of a coward to me. There's a whole world outside of your comfort zone that she may never be aware of.
That's just my take on it. I'm from a small redneck town on the Oregon coast and sooo many people stay there their entire lives and just rot away. There are generations of people that have never left that town and they are miserable. I refuse! That's why I moved to Florida (about as far away as I could get) to go to college and just experience something new.
And I hate to say it bro but at 3 weeks you're still in the infatuation stage of a relationship where everything is new and fun and exciting. See how you feel after a few years or at least 1 and I think you'll be able to make a better decision."
