Lemme fix that right now.
You can think critically, and I like the way you think and most of what you write. You're an asset to the Shroomery. I hope you stick around.

I figure I will leave this here rather than turning our debate on our preferences into a massive wall of text on that guys thread. I have counter points but as you said much of it is preference and comes down to rather specific points in how we each execute the same procedure. So I will leave it 'to each their own' as far as the things discussed as the lady is home and she gets angry when I tap away on this thing for too long.

No, skeptics will suggest that if you cannot prove it, they don't know it happened.

It always amazes me that people fundamentally fail to grasp the difference between uncertainty and conviction or rejection of a claim and adoption of the opposite claim. Obviously, you have no trouble seeing the difference.
+5 for keeping it logical.
Rejection of a conlusion is just that- it does not require the adoption of some other conclusions nor proof as to either, only observation that the support for the proffered conclusion is inadequate.
Thanks for putting in your two cents, your an asset to the forums.

Quote:
As you are near the bottom of a breath, you can notice that desire to breathe in may occur just before the breath is fully gone. When you breathe in, breathe in fully feeling the emotion rise up from the lowest part of the body into the belly and chest. Eat it like a piece of cake, and have no thought of exhaling/letting go, until it is time to do so. When you exhale, let go completely, yet do not push the air out as this would be anticipating the next breath. At the bottom of the breath you will notice that tug to breathe in. Still your emotion and don't entertain desire until it is time to breathe in again.
You can further explore this by holding the breath. You can hold the breath at the top and feel that fullness, and reject the desire to let go. You can hold the breath at the bottom, feel the emptiness, and not entertain the desire to inhale. When you are conscious of both, and feel the balance between them, you no longer need the dots, or even the separation. It is one movement, like a wave. A calm excitment. The mighty sound of silence.
