I only lived in the dorm the first year and my RA was cool as fuck. The first day he gathered us all around (standard first day stuff) and was telling us all the usual bullshit. And then he's like "It's my senior year so I'm just here to have fun" and explained that he really doesn't give a fuck what we do as long as we don't go too crazy. He'd come back late sometimes and hang out with us when we were drinking in the dorm and just say something like "that's Pepsi right? ok cool"

I don't really know how much you can get away with. Mine didn't give a fuck because he obviously wasn't concerned with doing it the next year. Growing Mimosa Hostillis is probably fine (it is legal right?), but I wouldn't grow anything illegal.

I don't think being an RA is gonna get you any pussy You never know though.
