Whatever you tell your doctor during an appointment MUST be held in confidence by the doctor and cannot be used as testimony in a trial because your relationship with your doctor is "Privliged". I have had bad experience with some nasty mushrooms and went and saw a doctor. They are usaully not too judgemental and will at worst laugh at you.

this is not to say you shouldnt be cautious. Don't be telling every nurse in the place about this. Just talk to the doctor be honest - Its your health and you only get one body.
