Well as you know it is state legal already and getting better everyday the only thing working against us is the federal government. But I hear rumors that something might work it's way into congress, over 21 can smoke pot just like alcohol. The outcome that's a different story.
But in all the clubs out here they are already taxing the ganja and giving uncle sam some petty cash for the slush fund. So time is on our side!

its legal for medical not for everyone  and if you really think the federal government is going to do that you should do some reading. the states can do what they want, but the feds have to keep it illegal because of treaties with the UN. if federal government legalizes pot we get kicked out of UN.

There's got to be other UN treaties that we're already in violation of. I'm fairly sure they don't look kindly upon the death penalty.

there are at least these two. many substances are prohibited internationally except for medical and research purposes.

haha if we got "kicked out" of the UN there would be no UN
there are plenty of reasons the feds wont act on marijuana legalization or even rescheduling, some stupid UN declaration isnt one of them

You see what this bureaucracy upon bureaucracy get us? Psilyguy is right, we did sign 2 UN treaties stating that we would keep pot illegal. But then again we could just withdraw from that treaty. But do you see all the effort it takes just to allow people in one state to smoke pot? You have to challenge fucking international treaties.
I think that legalization will pass, but the DEA is going to slam hard on it. But in the end just look like a bunch of jackasses because they can't stop an entire state from smoking. The only way to make sure it doesn't happen is to change federal law, but Obama is opposed to changing the federal law (even though under current drug laws, his ass should be in jail for using cocaine).
And did you all hear that massacres also introduced a bill for legalization?

yah dude. in a few months expect another state or two to introduce bills like this! Obama will be forced to change the federal laws eventually, if these get passed

I think so too. If enough states legalize, the federal government will have to change the law. Unless the DEA wants to wage holy was against the states that do so, they're going to have to do it. I think things are finally looking in our favor.
