woah this is news to me. I thought it was necessary to establish the relationship verbally at some point in time.
I've fucked around with a few girls for stretches like a week or two, they were never my girlfriend and i know they thought the same way even though we did all sorts of gf/bf stuff.
yeah this is very perplexing to me. If you don't verbally establish it then how do you know you arent just in an open relationship or some shit

Yea man, this is my point. I progress naturally through the emotional model, but at some point it would be nice to say "hey I really like you and I want to date you formally, not just fuck around with you."

Here's what I think. A bunch of my guy friends have girlfriends, and they have all told me about when they actually ask a girl out. I say you should do it at some point for sure.
If shes going to be a stupid bitch and pull away from you as some sort of mind game then fuck her. There are plenty of sensible girls out there.
Sure alot of you might say "you wont find any girl that doesnt play mind games" and thats mostly just because MOST women play mind games.
