I personally think that Thrash metal is the fastest metal genre and it's my favorite, and the only kind that I like, everything falls short in intensity (IMO)
Metallica: Kill 'em All, Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning Megadeth: Peace Sells, Killing is My Business, Rust in Peace Exodus : Bonded by Blood, Shovel Headed Kill Machine Overkill : The Years of Decay, Horrorscope, Slayer : Show No Mercy, Reign in Blood Testament : The Legacy Warbringer : War Without End, or whatever their first LP is called

That's exactly what I'm saying.
Having some douche bag squeal endlessly or moan and groan does not make a song "hard".

Correct, but good death or black metal does not involve the endless squealing of douche bags.

(I love Metallica and Megadeth just as much, but there is plenty more intense good music out there.)

That's exactly what I'm saying.
Having some douche bag squeal endlessly or moan and groan does not make a song "hard".
No... but the superior instrumentation does.
Name one bassist in modern metal better then Cliff Burton,
superior instrumentation, lol, please.
I'm posting in a thread that's calling Mudvayne and other shit as metal,
haha,
where's my real metal heads?

You mean because we aren't stuck in the 80's? Please. You're just hearing what you want to hear letting your biases guide you, which leads me to believe you have no idea what you're talking about.
I like thrash as much as the next guy but you have to be open to more music man. There's good stuff out there.

It takes much time to appreciate the rawness of extreme vocals, but once you do it opens a whole new sonic world. Music is all about exploration.
