As you can see for yourself the object of teens between 12-17 are to be accepted as responsible adults and they feel that by drinking/smoking/drugs/party's they are superior to other teens their age.
I'm not trying to dictate how people should view teens in their early years but at one time we were their age to and for the most part getting drunk and partying and going back to school and telling people about how wasted you got is all apart of growing up.
