Chicks clean up after you (or your roommates in this case) too.
Dudes just bitch to their roommates until something gets done, chicks just wait til no one's around and clean.
We don't have any chicks here though, so until this week our place was in a general state of disarray. Our one neat roommate flipped one morning (he gets up at 5 to work), banged on all our doors, screamed something, then slammed the door as he left. We cleaned and it's been clean to tolerable since.
Maybe you should consider something like that? I never want to be woken up by him at 5 am again.
