4 bags of Heroin.. mixed w. a $20 of powder cocaine , mixed w. water and a new syringe...or if they only got crack u can actually crush it add a few drops of lemon juice to take the bakin soda out n more water to make it shootable...ya!

lorecet is the strongest imo even stronger than morphine sulfate
But it makes the user get werewolf eyes, you can see the evil in a person when they are on them.
