I was mad at first too Ralph, but the guy has obviously learned his lesson here.
You had a right to be mad, but he's no longer using those URLs to benefit himself, all of those URLs point to shroomery.org now I think.
I think sporeworks can defend themselves here, but I doubt psilocyber would deal with anyone that he felt was a crook, let a lone someone he didn't trust.
Let me just say that I do not support anyone taking a similar URL to another company and then trying to sell that to them. There is legal precedent on the net for just this thing, and this is clearly a legal issue that has the current owners of these companies in the right.
He should be selling you those domains at what he paid for them, no more, no less.
