There is, I need to improvise it though, and make it look un-used. I have neighbors and if they seem me going down this whole everyday, or every other day they might raise suspicion.

Yup. You can grow all kinds a shiznit. And you could put those vents to verry good use. It all depends on how much cash you're willing invest in it. Are you using it for a grow room or like a big FC? If its you're grow room you can make the end of it the actual FC with a bunck of shelves and a humidifier all covered with a big plastic for the entrance of the FC. That could be the second half closest to the 2 vents and the vents could be the FAE but I doubt you'll need much FAE in a FC that big. The first half by the entrance could be for all you other shit like flowhood or incubator and what not. But however it comes out, It'll be pretty fukin awsome. Dont forget to plant some dro though to make it more cozy.

Hrm... what's the compositon of the back wall? is there any possibility for expansion? will you be using generator's or wiring underground to a house line? Will it be stealthed or just a typical looking bomb shelter? Sewer drain... need I say more?

Think of maybe building an outside structure over the downtube. Maybe like an outhouse or a small shack. Doesn't have to be great. But then you could cover yourself going down this thing everyday. Good luck man.

Yeah I live in a semi-suburbia area and have a grow/darkroom. And i have a hunch my new neighbors wonder what i do. But the place is rigged to hide anything suspicious and is a fully operational darkroom. Sweet stuff.

Put together a bunch of people that enjoy mind altering substances and you get a hell of alot of paranoia. 
Should be fine, Just build a shed over it and then start moving things in.
