Hi this is Ythan. I just wanted to say royer I think you do a great job. Don't take this thread personally man, if you're too popular as a mod you probably aren't doing it right.  You take care of business, your forums have seen a notable improvement, you work well in a team and you communicate well with members and other staff. Even in this thread, the worst thing people can find to complain about it that you were modded "too soon" (a non-issue, we're concerned about competency not seniority) and you do "too good" of a job enforcing the rules (er... yeah so don't break them). Seems like people are just jealous. They think being a mod is a status symbol, they don't realize how difficult and thankless the job can really be. But if you ask me, I'd say thank you very much for your dedicated service so far and keep up the good work.
