If she's got any PC muscles, then you can feel it, although with a condom it may be hard to feel.
Her breathing patterns and sounds are not as hard to fake as the PC muscle movement.
A good idea is to give her oral AND finger her until she gets an orgasm. You'll feel it when she does. She'll crush your fingers in there it'll pulsate.

Some women can pulsate their muscles with strength to simulate the spastic contractions of an orgasm, when it isn't. With the proper noises, the average guy is none the wiser...I got pretty good at faking it.

See, I'm just mortified if girls are faking it. I fucked this girl a few days ago and she started moaning real loud and I felt some tiny movements down there but nothing big. Her vagina definately didn't clench up or anything. And after only like four seconds she relaxed and her vagina got really loose. Also, she wasn't super-wet. When I really start playing with my girlfriend, its usually a combination of my fingers/oral that gets her going the best. She has never orgasmed while I was with her, im not sure if she ever has... yeah, and that's just it - guys don't want you to fake it (generally, that's one of our biggest fears)
we want nothing more then to truly know how to please you (so that you don't just drop our ass the second someone better comes along) but more often then not - we don't know what we're doing...and we really DO need *some* kind of input on your part to understand what it is that you, personally, are wanting us to do
but if we don't know that there's a problem there to begin with - then it's never gonna get any better

Okay here's my input: I LOVE sex. I can usually achieve orgasm pretty easily. Even multiple orgasms. But not always. Most girls know that guys are trying to hold off long enough to allow us an orgasm (thank you btw), so if for some reason we know it just isn't gonna happen for us tonight we cheat.
