Not everyone, I've read books by people that have BLOWN my mind. So don't take this as some I'm so great shit.
I'm just tired of meeting completre RETARDS.
Everywhere I go, everyone I speak to. Their life ambitions are to have babies, scrounge off the government and get a big loan to satisfy their bullshit needs for a few hours.
This life is whack. Should I move away, kill myself or join them?
What the fuck is this, man? Was I born different? Why are there so few like me?
T%his sounds like such a stupid post. But I've always wanted to say it. I feel as if I'm in a world of drongo's. The majority of the people around me seem so retarded, the way they behave and what they want out of life, the lack of thought and realisation, self control and progression.

My goals in life at the moment consist of finishing a chem degree doubled with biochemistry if things go as planned.. if all goes well maybe grad school from there.
Chemistry will be part of my professional life as well as a hobby that probably doesn't need much explanation 
I have no desire to get married, ever. Fuck kids, I want my own life without any emotional ties outside of a few close friends and my familly.
Am I retarded?
I think I'm just selfish.

I just can't understand why everybody else doesn't.

We are all living in our own boxes thinking others boxes as incorrect, crazy etc
I'm just waiting for someone on a day to day basis to understand this. But they can't. The closest I've come to anybody else understanding this is on here or authors of books.
So why are the majority so fucking thick. Why do they label me as weird for stating what is clearly there.
I've gone to far now, I dunno what has caused this but I can't revert back to this idiocy just to have friends and get laid etc

Yeah man I hear ya, its pretty lame. SUVs are ridiculous!
In my opinion there isn't anything anyone can do to stop it, you cant change the mentality of an entire population. Being ambitious and saying its possible is a bit naive, people wont give a rats ass about what youve got to say most of the time. Their personal lives are all that matter and most people realize that what damage they inflict in their life time wont affect them directly so it shouldnt be of any concern to them.
Its quite sad.. I do my best to not be an ignorant piece of shit but theres only so much that can accomplish.

Everyone finds their own place in life. Doesn't mean their retards. Yes, the average level of intelligence probably should be higher. But it's not.
I don't get mad at my friends who are getting married anymore. Different stages of life sometimes happen quicker for some than others. It sucks. I think that many of them will end up divorced, but does that mean I try to stop them? Of course not, because they may have something that lasts a lifetime. Who knows? It's their dice to throw. I don't have to wake up in their bed.
We're all striving for the same thing: happiness. That feeling is different for every person. What is good for the goose is not always for the gander. Just how it is.
I do think that it is human nature to want to multiply and form a family because of the feelings of comfort and security that life can bring. Plus, I think those of us who had semi comfortable childhoods mixed in with awful times will one day be able to seep through the bad and concentrate on the good. I, for one, know it's in the future. I also know it's not now.
I just accept the fact that when I"m single, I have more in common with single people and when I'm in a relationship I have more in common with coupled up people. I have met retards in both categories.

To be fair, I have to agree that it is hard to be an intellectual in this world. There's no respect at all, it's almost frowned upon by the majority. Don't think I'm whining or anything, just agreeing with Ego on some level. I hate that I have to tone down my thoughts just to communicate normally. It doesn't feel natural.

I only think about far, distant unimportant things. I know I don't always come across as smart over the internet, but I never said I was Shakespeare, did I.
It does make life easier to have a few friends to discuss those things with I agree.
