I just found out through emails on her computer that she's been having sex with her ex.. I cant even think right now my body keeps shaking and i can't stop thinking about not thinking about the incident so im in this fuckined up zomsbie state i wANNA DIE HELP WHAT OD I DO@Q

Relax and Calm down. Just take a breath, so sit outside, do anything to just stop your heart from racing so fast. Strategize what you want to do buddy, don't just do something based purely on emotion. It won't work out in your favor. Calm down and find a way to think this one through. Then you'll see your next course of action.

Yeah, I'd agree - go sit outside or do whatever it is you can to calm down a bit. You don't want to be an emotional trainwreck while you're dealing with this. I'm sorry to hear this happened, by the way. Take care of yourself.

there are many women out there,
if i were in the same situation i would prolly be in jail because i would not give my self time to think

Well first take a xanax to help you calm down if you have one.. Kick the bitch out of your house without a second thought, there's no point wasting time talking about it. Then grab yourself a case of your favorite beer and try to hook up with one of her friends out of spite. Thats what I'd do anyway. You need to just calm down some and figure things out for yourself.

ya, shit liek that sucks, i had a similar situation except with the girl just leaving.
and its like 4 month later now, i see her around alot cuz she lives around me and...i still feel like dying. along with the 20 other things that are crushing me in from all sides.

Take care man and don't do anything stupid, it's a terrible thing to go threw but it's better not to harm youself because of someone elses actions... Tell her to move on if you have to and find someone new, ya know don't jeapordize your future over something like this!
My girl broke up with me about a month ago because she came down with clinical depression, worst part is she says she still loves me but doesn't want me to have to deal with her break downs... terrible thing to have happen, person still loves you and they are in reach but there is nothing you can do about it

I would say the best thing for you to do is to cut her out of your life. She is not worth your time at all dude. Disloyal, dishonest people will only drain you in all forms and it is best to just try and move on. It will be hard to move on but if you stick with it you'll get beyond it. You'll realize that you are a much better person and deserve better (which you do).
I know it hurts but apparently she has some type of insecurity problem. There is nothing you can really do to change the situation; that's probably the worst feeling about a situation like this. However, you'll find someone who really cares about you and will not hurt you like this.
I wish you good luck and a good life.
