No matter how many 'events' there were, I guess the insurance companies should logically pay for the damage if anything can be repaired, and pay the full estimated value if the insured property is considered total loss (which would certainly apply in this case). I really don't get the "how many events" controversy.
If the whole complex was insured for around 3.2 billion $, I don't see how Silverstein could collect twice that sum. If every tower was insured for that value, of course he should collect it twice. Is this a matter of badly written insurance policies or what? Can anyone explain this?
Well obviously, no-one knows about the key questions. I wonder what you guys are all discussing about, not even knowing what was in the policies.

The thickness continues from the Jew haters. All law is technicalities. Every single bit of it. Have you ever seen a contract in your life? He sued for two attacks. It was two attacks. There were two planes. They crashed into two buildings more than an hour apart. The case was decided on very precise language. Narrowly. Do you mean to tell me that you wouldn't try to make the same claim? Nobody is that stupid. Why are you so eager to support the insurance companies? Is it because you think that they are not JOOOOOOS? Is your last name Lloyd? Or Kaiser Permanente?

He didn't only collect for one building. He collected for both, then went for double.

You don't know what you're talking about. He didn't get near enough money to rebuild. And he is obligated to. There were also a few other lawsuits against insurers who didn't want to pay that he won. I'm sure they were all JOOOOOOS.
I repeat, only a retard would accept the insurance companies first offer. Retard with a hockey helmet flinging poo. That is not Silverstein. 'Cause JOOOOOOS are smart.
