last time at my friends house... we ordered pizza and invited the pizza man for some bongs! it was funny lol..
then my friend ordered pizza days later! and the same pizza man came ... and this time he brought a friend thinking theyd both get stoned.. :P

I'm 10-15 minutes away from the pizza place and most of them charge me a 5-7 dollar delivery charge. I have no intention to tip when I'm charged a delivery charge, but I don't like change so sometimes they get lucky.
if the pizza, with deliever charge comes to say $29.60 or something, I'll give them 30.
We have a couple places that only have a 3 dollar delivery charge and I usually tip the drivers 3-5 dollars on top of that normally.
The only time I'll make it a point to absoulutely not tip is when I hand them money and they ask, "do you want all the change back?"
Nothing could be more rude to me. Me and my friends agree. They shouldn't even ask. They should just hand me back what is mine and when the transaction is over, I will decide if a tip is suitable.
But seriously moth, I think you should get into being a server at a local pub, even if it's a small one. All the girls I know who do it make shitloads of money and don't put up with much stress. In the pubs, here anyway, it's not unusual for most people to tip $10 dollars or more for a $20 dollar bill.
I tip ridiculous amounts, pretty much no matter what, in the pubs. I'll have a bill that's like $36 and I'll put around $18 on top of that.

As far as the "Delivery Charge" goes, at the pizza place I worked at, our delivery fee was $3. None of that went to the driver. Keep that in mind next time you're figuring up your tips.

That's irregardless to me.
Like I said though, I usually tipped 3-5 for the places that charged 3 dollars for a delivery charge.
But if the delivery charge is 5 dollars or more and me being only 10-15 minutes away, I don't care if none of that goes to the driver...they are getting paid from the employer for delivering the pizza to me and charged me 5 dollars for it.
I don't feel it justified to hand out another few dollars

you should tip Chinese food places there's no delivery fee and If you don't tip them they get nothing...my roommate delivers and gets ok tips but do please tip on your Chinese food!!!

chinese places cost an arm and a leg to begin with.
They make some pretty good profit, I know that for a fact.
When the big places hire delivery drivers, they make minimum wage. A tip is just a BONUS on top of that for them(the driver)
But agreed, a lot of places around here are small, family owned and they deliver it themselves. When I order chinese food, I tip.
But I usually pick it up

so a lazy pizza driver deserves $25/hour? While I slave away piling lumber of green chains, running dangerous machinery, sweating consistently all day doing physical labour, while breathing in sawdust all day, for $24/h (taxes after that)...you feel you turly deserve to make $25/h driving around delivering pizza and having the odd "few beers or bong hits etc" while at work....and if someone doesn't tip, furthering your hourly wage, they are "sad"? 
You sir, singlehandedly, just brought my average pizza tip of 3-4 dollars down to 1-3.
I think that's what ticks me off the most. When delivery drivers think they deserve a tip from every single delivery and take it as an insult, personally, when it doesn't happen.
