For instance various Pseudomonas spp which cause bacterial blotch, also some bacterial species that cuuse the wet spot, a frequent contamination in the spawn preparation.

You are right as the bacteria themselves don?t survive the temperature of a pressure cooker, but their endospores do.

Mushroom and mold spores are killed at lower temperatures.
