and im drinking from tommorow night until sunday. 2 girls are coming up on saturday and im boozing all weekend long. Its a huge party weekend at my school.
anyways i got $30 to spend. I have a liter of cheap vodka. What should i go for?

if you don't care about your health, I'd say go with malt liquor. It pretty much tastes like cheap beer, but its got a higher alcohol content and it's like half the price.
With $30 you could buy enough to get drunk for at least four days.
Also, if you're gonna drink it in conjunction with your cheap vodka, expect to puke a lot.

A 1.75 of regular Bombay is $30 here.
It's no Sapphire - and certainly no Seagrams  - and it does the trick.
