The rest of you guys are fucked, seriously guys that cheat and listening to you guys talk about cheating makes me never want to date again.
I think men cheat because their stupid. They think they won't get caught and always do. I've also noticed that guys cheat on hot chicks with ugly girls.
Guys cheat way more then girls do.

Men "cheat" on their women becuase their women can't satisfy them. Whether it be physically, or mentally, the woman is slacking in some department.

Most men aren't fortunate enough to end up with a woman who is a "total package". In a relationship with one that does a lot of things well, but sometimes has to look elsewhere to fulfil other needs.

That's terrible daimyo. I'm not joking either.
If I make a commitment to a woman then that's it...I commit. Yes, of course I am going to see hot women in my daily life and I'm going to check them out. Hell, I might even flirt with them. But, I won't cheat on my significant other.
I think honesty in a relationship is paramount. If you are the kind of person that has a difficult time not "straying", then you need to tell the other person up-front so they won't be shocked when you go out and bang someone else.
You do have a point though; you will never find a perfect mate. The person you are with will always be missing at least one thing or have one flaw. If you feel like looking elsewhere for something that is missing at least be honest with your significant other about it. I get pissed when people lie about it and are all sneaky. It's just shitty.

I don't see how telling the other person is a good idea. It will most likely ruin the relationship. If you keep it quiet, the old adage "what they don't know won't hurt em" applies.

I would never do that to a person. It sucks. A woman did that to me. You can see the fallout from that by browsing all of my misogynist threads from 2003-2005. Practically every one of my threads was tainted by my anger over the things she did to me.

Yeah you feel awesome when you are dating a hot chick and still have the guts to go out and bang another. Meanwhile your chick is busy fucking someone else without you not even knowing it. Blows my mind.
Now after you do it and you find out your woman has cheated on you it hurts. Which totally blows me away. I learned to not get attached to any woman. Even if she is the coolest, once you start having sex it's all over with.

this is how i've always felt. cheating is for those who want to play mind games, and that's something i don't want when dating someone. hence, i've never cheated on a girl. i've been on the shafted end a couple times, but whatever, i always found out and ended the relationship. excuses like alcohol, boredom, or even more lame, that the girl you're seeing is lacking something and you have to fuck someone else to be satisfied...complete cop out.
on a side note, i think girls cheat just as much as guys...there may be a certain group of men that will cheat every time, but most will stay faithful. women are harder to predict, i've found.
