anyone that knows anything about pot could tell> I guess it could be sprayed on, in which case it would get all resinous when burning and smell chemical like.
It was to increase factors for addiction.

yeah, lacing the weed is really only an end-user thing. And even then, I doubt many people do it. Just the small few who want their weed to dose them on something else too when they smoke it.

Lots of people will reuse baggies... I'm pretty sure that's how most pot gets "laced".

i live in the crystal meth capital of BC or Canada..
I think its the latter, which is kinda strange.. you see it, but not that much - i witnessed the afterlash a crazy car chase a couple days ago, and i know that the triads have pushed out the hells angels as the predominent suppliers which means more violence and amphetamines..
Things are changing up here.. but its not visible unless your looking.
