It is not Herpes---Read below:
1) Viral infections especially veneral take alot longer to show up then a few weeks.
2) Herpes is nothing like what would be considered "goosebumps" You are probably reffering too normal skin bumps---such as pearly penile papules or sebbacious glands. (Other viral lesions can take on the appearance of raised skin tags but Herpes are Blisters-ulcers)
3) Herpes are uncomfortable....Pain, burning, itching....not always so intense but you would be able to feel something.
4) If you didnt make contact with her genitals, then you are not subject to the genital herpes strain---Herpes Simplex 1 amd Herpes Simplex 2 is wat seperates "Genital Herpes" from "cold sores"

I just got back from the docter.I didnt show him but I asked if you could get simplex 2 from simplex 1 and he said no.Aparently the mouth herpes just stays near your mouth and becomes active every once and a whil and the second one stays in you blood stream or somthing like that

Yo man those little bumps are perfectly normal. I have them too. I asked a dermatologist and he said 30% of all men have them. Their called papules.

I went to the docter last night and he said its nothing to worry about every one come in thinking they have somthing but there only glands that you can see near the top.yaaaaaaah
