 God Wants Me to Trip Tonight / ID / pics

its actually an interesting story. im sitting down listening to music in my room smoking pot and then i say , hey , you know what the hell? ive wasted so much time already shroom hunting (went for 3 hours to a cowfield yesturday and didnt find ONE active mushroom) i might as well go for a walk to my local park. i walk to my local park which happens to have a horse field on it....horse crap.....why had it not dawned on me sooner? i hunt the horse firleds desperetely hoping to find a cubensis. then i see a white cone glimmering in the distance out of the green grass.
"no way" i thought suppusoing it was anothing piece of a paper cup or shroom shape rocked that had so many times given me false excitement. i approach the mushroom and then just by looking at that single cubensis (pretty sure) mushroom head coming out of the ground all by itself. i knew god put it there for me. here are the pics i havent taken spore prints yet because just by looking at them and the blue brusiing i am almost positive there cubes. i might not even bother taking a print. is this foolish? also didnt bother to describe the mushroom because the pics pretty much say it a ll but the nice shroomy smell.

Nice find, looks like a cube to me, it looks like the spores landed on the outer edge of the cap, but that may be the lighting. I see a veil, the gills are attached to the stem, and you say it bruises blue and smells like a cube. Going off that I would say you are good to go. However, wait for an expert.

usually, there are a few other species other than psilocybes that stain blue, but if it looks very much like an active, and stains blue, you're pretty good to go.
sorry i dont know the names of the other blue staining shrooms, but i know atleast one of them is poisonous.

as long as they have gills and not a porous sponge, and they bruise blue, they are most likely active. but not all blue bruising mushrooms are active.

lol i didnt just walk around and find it. i hunted the field for an hour. unfortunately horsefields are highly maintained so the grass is spray and kept all nice and neat what not. at least the one im near. i have never seen shroms actually on the field except for this one time i think it was pure fat that there was a cubensis in that field. it was right in front of the ranger station to. the ranger saw me bend over and pick it (he didnt seem to care) but i think now he understood why i was asking him for scicors and paperbags earlier

sorry for double posting but. just get it the question out of the way while where still on this thread. do horse fields produce as many shrooms as cowfields? i know for a FACT they will have some cubensis.

Oh I C. I don't have patience to walk around fields for more than 5 minutes. But I am really interested in looking @ the horse fields by my house, so I might go look around them since they aren't kept up much! HAHA about the ranger station. Thats weird they didn't get on your case about picking it.

How the hell could you trip off one cubie? My last trip I ate 35 grams of fresh cubes from a local cow field , which is quite a few , and my trip was maybe a low level 3 borderline high level 2. Sounds like the placebo effet to me.

are you crazy? i find shrooms all the time that are like 40 grams or more.. which i could trip on like 4 times... and 35 grams is equivalent to 3.5 grams dry.. so if all you got was a level 2 youre either really fat or not very sensitive to psilocybin.. because thats a high dose. I could trip hard off that shroom he showed.. thats not placebo

Your logic is flawed. First , if Im "relly fat" as you suggest , how the hell could I make it over the 4ft barb wire fence to pick the shrooms from the field?
Second , your touting the 10% guideline like its a law written in stone. Yes , a 40g mushroom could dry to be 4 grams. It could also dry out to be 2g , bottom line is dosing with fresh mushrooms is not an exact science.

thats not true, im 5'8 150lbs and i usually dont start really tripping until ive eaten AT LEAST 30-40g, i mean yeah i get the nice tingle and maybe feel like im floating a little but thats it, no visuals. hell just the other night i ate 45 grams and i didnt even get many visuals, my most memorable and exciting trip was last year, i consumed about 15 fresh caps, im guessing i consumed about 80-100 grams, everyone said i was gonna freak the hell out from eating that much but i had the best time of my life, you dont have to be fat to have a big tolerance. not only are different patches different potencies but also every person is different man.

fuck yeah.same thing happened to me.i knew i should check out a spot.so i made sure i did.had to ride a bike in the rain for 20 minutes without a shirt on...but found cubes. its my first find ever. my friends usualy pick and hook me up so im stoked to have moved up the shroomer ladder. and how big is that cap man shit looks so nice and big. a good 3-4 inches in diameter?

i was being sarcastic about the being fat thing... but youre right.. every person is different. and i can eat a cap that size and be tripping harder than i wanted.. but other people i guess cant.. its just strange to me how poeple glorify eating mounds of shrooms when that would send me into space.
