eat 4-7 smaller meals a day. make sure your biggest meal of the day is breakfast. also, make sure you are getting enough carbs, fats and protein and keep your blood sugar up.

You might want to slow it down a bit. Alot of the tim when people lose weight rapidly they are left with lots of loose skin. It's pretty disgusting.
