It was the dealer because I gave the dealer the money directly.

heh, sounds as if he just ripped you off.
you should have at least gotten your friend to get it for you, if I could find someone who wanted to buy 15 hits at 10$ a hit that I didnt know, I wouldnt see a need to rob them, as I already would be with such a price.
The risk with acid seems to be pretty high, I guess depending on where you live, but around here it isnt difficult to get, but good luck getting it without *knowing* the dealer directly.
Or youll end up in the same boat.
I suggest for future *deals*, you try to lower the price a little, and buy one or two hits, if possible, then move on to larger purchases when you have the trust factor.
