I decided to use the last bit of my TC spore syringe since it was getting close to 2 years old.
I made some wbs on the dry side and put the last 2cc in there, shook really good and after 2 weeks had a very nice looking jar. I then G2G'd it to 12 other jars. This is the first 6.
I spawned them to coir D5050 style. It colonized fast with lots lf pooling. Some pools had congealed. When I began fruiting I soaked up the excessive water (and metabolites) with some paper towels. I fanned the shit out of it to initiate pinning as much as to dry up the congealed areas.
The congealed areas have bounced back healthily.

I had to adjust my room fan and move tubs around to accommodate a few extra tubs. Looks like I need to adjust some polyfil. I'm seeing some fuzzy stems.

Think you would yield more with a small layer of verm or coir on top?

Verm maybe, or a traditional peat/verm casing layer.
Coir would be no good since it's nutritious and the mycelium will colonize it making it useless as a casing layer. Casing layers should be non-nutritious.

I've got a few of the early growers tearing veils. I'm a day or two away from harvesting the whole tub. I plan to take some prints so I'm going to let them get a little more mature than I normally do.

I'll post pics when the next flush is in.
I have another tub colonizing now with the other 6 jars from this MS batch but I'll make another thread for that when the time comes.
Thanks for the complements guys!

Sorry no pics of the second flush I've been very busy. I was barely able to harvest the flush in time. A few of them spored the tub pretty good.
I'm going to dump the tub outside in my spent substrate pile, rehydrate and get some outside fruits . I saw some growing last weekend from a few tubs earlier this year and after all was dry I had 170g. And that was after I invited a few friends over to pick whatever they wanted.
This summer just feels right for outside cubes in my area.
