If i just toss it, i won't learn anything from it.
I am trying to make this a learning experience. I am going to try the h202 first and see what happens.

I can't just give up. :/

Keeping contaminated substrate is the worst thing to do... contam spores will get on everything and jeopardize all future grows.
No joke dude you really should not keep this crap in your house you should throw out every thing that came in contact with that contam cake and wipe the surroundings with a bleach soaked rag for real no shit !!
Start over it's not that bad... you will learn how to do it properly !!!
Did you watch the video ???

AND GET YOURSELF A PRESSURE COOKER OR ALL YOUR ATTEMPTS AT GROWING ARE FAILED

Alright, i will throw it out.
Why are you stressing a pressure cooker so hard?
I've seen many tek's where the cooker is not used.

When I first tried my hand at mushroom growing I tried many times to do it without a pressure cooker and never succeeded.
A pressure cooker is an indispensable piece of equipment for mycology and where most teks will tell you to pressure cook for 60 minutes I find that 90 minutes will do a better job.
It's better to err on the side of caution and prevention cause if your substrate is contaminated well your fucked!!!
ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS throw out contaminated substrate at first sign of contamination... getting this crap all over your house is not worth trying to save a cake or a jar of grains and if you open it up it WILL for SURE get everywhere.
I know it sucks and you feel like your efforts were in vain but keep trying.
Always pressure cook, read and follow the teks religiously, get your spores from a reputable vendor and follow sterile technique.
The few extra bucks you will spend on quality spores and equipment will pay off in the end.
In my experience glove boxes and incubators are not worth much; when inoculating wash your hands and make sure your kitchen counter or what ever surface your working on is well wiped with bleach and you should be fine... now incubators are contamination factories, I tried them, I built a pretty nice one and only yielded more contamination then without. Incubate at room temperature in a dark place.

A good pressure cooker will set you back at least 100$ but it's worth every penny and will bring you years and years of quality contamination free grows !!!!

There are indications there that suggest it's not mold.

Anyways, you can isolate it from the rest as a precaution while you monitor its development or take a better pic so it's not blurry and hard to make out. I would hate to see you throw out uncontaminated cakes simply because the mycelium looks different than what you were expecting.

Thank all of you for your help. It is indeed nasty nasty contam. Definitely looks different now even from the pics. We're trying with these 12 new jars and are going to sterilize them now against the pressure cook suggestions because i cannot afford at the moment.

I'll use a large deep pan with a lid for the 12 jars. Steam them for 90 minutes and see what happens.

Ughhhh. Failure failure.

If not pressure cooking I would let those jars boil for like 3 hours seriously

The PF tek was created so that you don't need a pressure cooker. So why get a PC for them when all they need is a cheap pot/lid that could hold more jars than an affordable PC anyway.
