This one is a fairly old fruiting of Gymnopilus junonius.
Not sure, need better images and more diagnostics.
 Same as above.
This is quite possibly Amanita phalloides although the caps usually have a hint of yellow in them, either way, don't mess with those mushrooms!!!

Decided to go for a walk today and try out my new Camera, which appears to be pretty shitty.. or perhaps I'm just using it wrong. Anyways I found these, hopefully we get some more rain soon cause its way to dry out there atm.
Gymnopilus sp (?)

Agaricus sp (?)

That is a gymnopilus although I think that they might be inactive in your part of the world.

Thanks for the input guys Inski, you know your stuff but im wondering about the Favolaschia calocera. I've seen that species around everywhere and I took this last year.

It looks so different from the red ones I pictured earlier, just wondering how it's the same species,

It's the only fungus like it in NZ, your specimens look a bit old and dried out which could have made them look redder. It might also be your camera, the pigment is variable also, some collections are a deeper orange, it is definitely F. calocera.
Your first one is Gymnopilus junonius and your second one is an Agaricus species, to identify it to species is not so easy and would take a bit of work and research.

Sup everyone, I decided to clear the top layer of leaves covering my Sub-mycelium patch for a quick peek this morning to discover that its snow white and healthy, but with something strange growing from it.
I took some pictures of what I can only guess are really small birds nest fungi of some sort. They look really cool, like little yellow flowers and they seem to be fruiting directly from the Sub myc, maybe stealing its nutrients like a parasite?
I managed to pry one out, then I squeezed it and a small blob of white jelly came out... awesome

I am astounded at the variety all fruiting in the same environment at the same time... and these are just the better images of the fruit I actually attempted to shoot... there were plenty that didn't produce a clear image or that I didn't shoot at all. I'm actually there primarily hiking with my family, observing birds, studying the weather and enjoying being in the ancient rainforest as well as keeping an eye out for interesting fungi and insects.
Speak up if my image dumps on this thread are not welcome, and I'll desist.

Good show guys! I love seeing New Zealand fungi. It seems really similar to the PNW, but just a bit different.
