it makes you shit at first, but if you stay up all night, the next day or two you actually can't shit. Idk if it's from dehydration, narrowing of the walls, or if it's from the comedown, but I think this is what he's referring to.

Yeah, it would actually make sense for dehydration.
That sucks though, I've never had that bad enough to get stopped up. You should eat more fiber, buddy.

Suppositories or giving yourself an enema. The latter is very effective, use a shampoo bottle or some similar rounded squeezable container to squirt approximately a quarter to half a glass of lukewarm water up your butt, then lie down and chill until you cant hold it (usually 10-15min) then head for the bathroom and crap.
Repeat if necessary.
Also drink a lot of water in any case to assure the bowels will give off moisture to the stool instead of drying it out further.
