I did stop.
Except for the klonopin, which I stopped after that binge a few days back.
No alcohol, all I do now is Caffeine and Cigarettes.

the real question is:
How can you benefit from these experiences? How can you find the beauty underlying these 'problems'?
What exactly do you 'see'? Why not draw them or something? Or write down what you hear? Get it out somehow- obviously it's trying to get out and you're probably holding it back so it's leaking out of the pores of your mind.
Fucking create something with it man.

I'm sorry Bundy, please forgive me... i'm just concerned for you, that's all, i've been there man... you should start to keep a journal like anon #1 suggested because you'll be surprised out how therapeutic it can turn out to be... over roughly 8 years i've kept 23 notebooks, about 1300 word documents and over 300 relevant book marks... it's amazing where my head was at looking back on it all.. again, please forgive me... just know you're in my prayers when i talk with the great spirit.

why don't you PM me and let me know who U R? i'm sure if we agree about the APA model regarding mental illness, there's got to be other things we agree on also. or do you buy into their med thing but agree keeping a journal sounds cool? i'm easily persuaded when confronted with facts so feel free to sway me... i can bend like a palm in a hurricane wind when given the facts.
but you do have one thing wrong though, it's more like i can't believe U finally agree with me on something!

Sorry for being a dick back Cateyes.
I just get snappy sometimes, when people get snappy with me.
I kept a journal for about 6 months. I went back and read it again. I had some fucked up shit I don't even remember. I have about 3 pages in a marble notebook of just numbers. Set up kind of like this...
Quote:
3.234.564.348.5764667.4563.
<--- just an example
But most of the stuff in my journal except for writing numbers down that I hear in my head remains the same.
I don't hear numbers anymore? I think the numbers only happened when I wrote in my journal, cause the voices would tell me to write them down.
I was thinking of getting a small memo pad and mini-pen, and every time I hallucinated I'd write down what I heard or saw. But a lot of the time I'm in a car, or in a place with a lot of people, and I don't want to be labeled as the "Freak" you know?
It's funny, a lot of people on here are like "You seem like a high functioning Schizophrenic"
but if you were to chill with me in real life outside this screen, you'd be like "damn dude."
Especially when I accidentally reply to my voices. OR hold a conversation, and my buddy will look at me and be like "Umm dude.. stop talking to them" and I don't even realize I do it.
but hey Cat, if you can/want can you PM me some good advice, tips, or whatever. Sometimes in these threads I get the TL;DR action going, and skim through, but in a PM I usually know I'm about to read it, and have more time to read it.
Usually I pop on the shroomery before I leave somewhere, just to see whats up.
Sorry about your "fuck your Kensho" remark man.
