What you're describing has happened to friends of mine before. Usually, you can't really eat or sleep for the next two-four days, depending on your dosage and sensitivity.
It will go away eventually.
Don't do any more drugs for at least a few weeks, to be safe. Gotta give your system time to normalize and start functioning properly again.
And next time, test your goddamn pills.

You can eat, you just have to force yourself. The sooner the better, take a multivitamin as well.

I really enjoyed the experience but the after effects are a little unnerving. I still have pills left over but I will save them for some time far away in the future.

The combination of two drugs does in general not mean just adding effects. The result can be anything ranging from not feeling one substance at all (e.g. amphetamine + alcohol) to death (e.g. alcohol + GHB). That's one reason why you don't just pop lots of different unknown pills all at once.

They probably contained something other than meth, but we have no way of knowing. Unless you ship a/or all your remaining pills off to get tested. That's a better idea than taking them IMHO.

I don't think anyone is going to tell you that there was MDMA in them. You're not on MDMA. I've never heard of MDMA rolls giving people meth or other symptoms like this... Yeah MDMA pills might sometimes have SOME meth in them, but not like this. You took some straight bullshit, that is all.

theres no real way to know for certain, pills can contain all sorts of other additives. it seems you took alot though, 2 pills + 2 caps , all at once, thats alot.
i don't think its a good idea to take this much at the same time, because after a while you'll lose the magic of MDMA, your brain will get fried and plus it costs heaps. i say this cos i fried my brain this way and unfortunately lost the magic of mdma years ago, which was a big regret of mine. now i try to get by taking the least ammount of a substance as possible, but still being able to enjoy myself

Might be, might be not. At least the combination is not that uncommon in pills. Note that it is widely accepted that MDMA + other amphetamines have a higher neurotoxicity compared to pure MDMA. As you did not test them, however:

I guarantee you that these pills did contain mdma. The high I experienced last night was all about love and appreciation for my surroundings and everyone around me. I was unable to close my mouth and I just wanted everyone to know what was on my mind. I think the meth effects were drowned out by the mdma in the pills and only now am I feeling the effects of the meth.

There are other chemicals that will give you some lovey feelings, not just MDMA. Especially if ya add some meth to the mix.

Could have been a piperazine, hope not. I had a really bad one once. mcpp - it was the worst hangover Ive ever had and it lasted five days. I was retarded for a week, I couldn't think, I was just constantly drawing a blank, very sleepy, headache, no appetite, almost flu like body feeling.

i think the pills were definately predominantly filled with MDMA, maybe some other additives as well. even if you test pills like this, the test just goes purple/black to indicate mdma most of the time, even if there is bits of other additives present
you have to keep in mind that the guy took alot of mdma. the more you take, the longer the effects are going to last. i don't think it really matters what was in the pills at the end of the day anyway. he enjoyed himself and had a great time, thats all that matters really

Honestly guys I will figure out what it is I consumed. But like the guy said I had a good time and that's all that really matters. I think I'll be fine by tomorrow and I took one gelcap and two pills by the way.
