I think I'm gonna stop fapping for a while and just stick to sex and see how it goes....I get laid with decent frequency so it's not like fapping is my only means to an end but I'm about to start getting back into yoga, meditaion, lucid dreaming and all that jazz. I've read different places on the internet that abstinence really helps with prescence of mind.....I couldn't give up sex but I figure I might as well cut down on fapping. Anyone ever notice any differences in the way they feel from taking a break??

I guess according to a study, sexed up people normally do masterbate more for some reason, so dont feel abnormal about it.
I always want to do like a week break, or even like 3 days, but then I just dont really see any point in it lol

I'm going 6 days without a wank. A week tomorrow night.
