Physical harm isn't the only kind of harm, it's not even the worst kind. What I did to that guy was break his trust, deliberately hack at his esteem, and chop at his roots. A smack in the face is nothing compared to acting whorish with his friends and spitting in his face for providing a nice home and life style.
Make sense? Guess what...I also learned from what I did and would never act that disgustingly again.

your story sounds very similar to my friends situation in my original post.
I agree that physical pain is much easier to handle than mental pain/anguish. I myself would rather get punched in the face than have a broken heart. But for a lot of woman a slap in the face is partyly mental abuse as well because it establishes control and fear but in your case you seem to be very strong minded which I find rare in most anyone.

the only time women deserve to be hit is if they are attacking. and by that i mean really trying to cause harm (going after eyes, throat, balls, coming at you with any type of weapon etc). otherwise, if they can be subdued without it then that's what should be done.
