favorie breakfast, lunch and dinner

breakfast is ether biscuits and gravy or mixing up mad cheese grits, eggs, bacon, shred my toast , make sure all of it is mixed up and sometimes put some hotsause in it.

lunch has got to be like good italian pizza or a pastrami and or corned beef sandwhich or shepards pie but ive only had that when i got locked up at 15. in the juvinile we had a 3000 calorie diet, but that was only for my first time getting locked up.(ive been locked up as a juvinile 3 times)

and my favorite dinner is veal parmesan. soo good

Breakfast - either an omelette with errythang in it (meat,cheese,potatoes,veggies) or a scrambler with all the good shit in it. Hot sauce till my mouth goes numb.

Lunch- phat ruebens on phat marble rye. French fries with ranch/ketchup

Dinner- burritos

For breakfast I like oatmeal, fruit and yerba mate.

Lunch is a colorful salad, sandwich and beer.

For dinner I prepare vegan comfort food. Usually pasta, pizza, tacos, or stir fry.

Dessert is vegan coconut ice cream sundae with fried banana's.

Breakfast - Veggie omlette. ( mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, Jalapeño's, Swiss, and provalone cheese. )

Lunch - Ham and swiss on tomato basil bread with a bowl of baked potato soup

Dinner - Chili and corn bread.

That's my perfect 3 meal day. :smile:

Breakfast: bread and cheese.
Lunch: same. Or lentils and rice.
Dinner: variation is key.

Cheese: low-fat, aged cow milk cheese. I don't think it's sold in the US.
