these were taken a few days ago.
i have been sick the past couple of days and haven't had much time/energy to upload them.
but regardless,

man that is just outstanding! have you tried stamets recipe for cooking moss lobster? i get a different Hericeum species out here but its one of my favorite for sure!!

it is delicious.
i didn't take much.
i left the majority of it there.
i haven't tried the recipe.
i think pasta, butter garlic and bacon does it wonders myself.

ya that combo is fool proof and one i will try.

but this one ivolves frying on its own to get out some moisture, then when it browns add a bunch of butter and white wine to bring out the seafood flavor! ahhh its good! :drooling:
